• Tropical Frontier came about as a result of several trips throughout Central America, and recognizing the need for  "finance-able" real estate (e.g. 10 - 15% down, and financing to follow)

• Tropical Frontier specializes in finding unique parcels that are suitable for small developments, most of theses properties range is size from your basic "lot" up to about 3 - 4 acres.

• These are properties that allow the  "average person" an opportunity to own their own slice of paradise. For those who are NOT acquainted with real estate in C.A. you will find that most deals require all cash.

• There has never been a better time to buy real estate in C.A. (unless of course you have already...) all of the Central Americas have stabilized dramatically over the last few years.
